#2: MetaWatch Frame – $129
First, it is the best looking & best built smartwatch. The Frame is made from polished stainless steel with a mineral hardened glass screen and genuine leather strap. That makes for a professional & elegant looking watch that does not look like some plastic toy. The watch is comfortable, durable, and draws a ton of attention.
Available in all black or all white, this Bluetooth watch also features a stainless steel case around the watch face and a scratch-resistant glass lens with anti-glare coating. The MetaWatch Frame is waterproof to an approximate depth of 65 feet.
On the bright side, MetaWatch describes the Frame’s screen as a “reflective mirror screen,” which looks similar to “e-paper” displays and is easy to read in bright conditions. Because it doesn’t have a battery-draining LED display, this smartwatch can run for up to a week on one charge, which is longer than most.
The MetaWatch Frame has three buttons on each side of the watch body. They control a small light that’s mounted above the watch face, a built-in music app, a display of watch status (including Bluetooth connection, battery level and more), home screen displays, settings and more.
