The Breville Hemisphere Control Blender is the great blender that I found while searching internet. This is the  heavy duty blender and it has great options to prepare foods smoothly. We can use this blender to blend various foods such as Raw Vegetables, Nuts , Bread or Cookiecrumbs, Mayonnaise,  Whipped cream, Herbs/spices , Milk, whole fresh fruits, Yogurt,  Ice cream , Dried fruit  and Ice Cubes. A Powerful Heavy duty 750W  Motor

This Breville Hemisphere Control Blender is running by using heavy duty 750W  motor. It supplies  great continuous force to run the blender smoothly. Motor specification is the main thing you need to focus before purchase blender. Because motor  is the heart of the blender. Everything you planed with blender depends on it. The motor is rotating  extremely sharp blades. So during the operation we should be more carefully, unless may cause injury. I said this, because  when emptying the blender jug and during cleaning a lot of  injuries happen due to sharp blades.

How to Operate Blender ?

Firstly, Press the  button on the far left of  the control panel to turn the blender on. The  button will illuminate and flash. The LCD timer screen will illuminate with ‘00’ displayed. Select the required speed (1 to 5) by pressing   the corresponding speed button. The blender will start to operate and the selected speed button will illuminate. The  button will illuminate and cease to flash. The STOP button will illuminate and flash. The LCD timer screen will start counting up in one second increments until 60 seconds is reached. When 60 seconds is reached, the blender  will automatically stop blending and the selected speed button and STOP button illumination will go out. The  button will illuminate and flash. After a few seconds the LCD timer screen will revert to ‘00’.

Automatic Pre-Set Programs

There are two additional functions in  Breville Hemisphere Control Blender called “ICE CRUSH” and “SMOOTHIE”. These two pre-programmed cycles automatically adjust the blending time and speeds to optimize blending results. This is very easy to handle  the blender If anyone new to kitchen.
